Stuck?! Sketches - Guest Designer!

I was delighted when Laura emailed me form Stuck?! Sketches and asked me to be this months Guest Designer.
 Here is the sketch.
My layout - a photo of me and one of my BFF taken when we went to the Ice Bar in London, October 2014.  I have used old papers, some of my favourites that have been in my stash forever, by Heidi Grace.
I've also added some frosted vellum that I have inked the edges to make them sound out from the white background.  Snowflakes are punched out using my favourite Martha Stewart snowflake punch.
The butterflies are from Etsy, title letters are American Crafts Thickers, flowers and bling are Prima.
The snowflakes are old Stampin Up stamps and I have finished them all off with a tiny pearl in the middle of the snowflake.

Thanks again to Laura for inviting me to join the team this month and please pop over to the blog and try out this months sketches.

Bling and flowers are Prima and I have added wooden stars and bling stars from my stash collection.
The butterfly is from Etsy - and if you can see the sentiment on the Butterfly is 'Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart'
The 'amazing' wooden sentiment is from 'The Works' and I inked it navy.

Stuck?! Sketches - March and UKS week 3 challenge

This weeks Stuck?! sketch is below and I also incorporated the UKS weekly challenge - Scrap about something new, include something big and use ink splatters/stains.
I have used My Creative Scrapbook kit from last August featuring Echo Park - We are family papers.
I have scrapped photos of new Pandora beads I received in February, used a large doily (that was so big I had to fold it!) and as always plenty of splatters using my fav Gorgeous Grunge stamp set by Stampin Up.
The little wooden 'Love' embellishment is from 'The Works'....£1.00 for a box of sentiments, a barging!  Butterfly is from Etsy, and bling is Prima.
No flowers!!! Just a selection of buttons and enamel dew drops,
Brads and new Prima crystal embellishments.  I added a little globe sticker as the Snowflake bead came all the way from New York as it had sold in the UK at Christmas and my hubby couldn't get it for me so friends brought it back as a surprise for me!

Photo of my Dara mind yawn!

The kit is an old My Creative Scrapbook Kit from October featuring American Craft papers - Coffee Break collection and Shimelle papers - I love these kits I've subscribed for over two years now (did have a break for a year - but missed my kits so signed back up!) - Please look here for details of these fantastic and jammed packed kits!
