Sue's Sketch - February

Sue's Feb Sketch can be found on her blog here
I actually completed this page at the Littlegreen Crafting Retreat last weekend and use the kit Sue gave us, I used some old photos of Sam taken at Fishers Farm  - he must have been about 3! He loved the ducks...chasing them.  Just look how cute he was and those 'Fimbles' wellies!! Why do they have to grow up so fast?
I used alphabets from Basic Grey (who are sadly finishing their suply of lovely scrapbooking goodies) and American Craft Thickers.
I punched out the flowers using a flower punch and finished them off with a little pearl in the centre.
Awwww......such a cutie - with his little blue bowl of 'Skips' - you'll be interested to know the diet is still the same, Skips are still a favourite - joys of Autism!!
Thanks for looking and please pop over to Sue's blog and give the sketch a go and if you win Sue sends you one of her page kits!

Stuck?! Sketches - Feb 1st

This months Sketch from Stuck?! Sketches

I have used a kit from Mind the Scrap Kits - I have never used this kit before, but I came across it on Shimelle's blog and I knew it would be perfect for our 'airport' photos - this was the September kit and I was saving it for these photos.  These are of us in the V-Room at Gatwick Airport waiting for our flight to Orlando last October.
Everything is from the kit, except the little wooden planes which I added, which were purchased from ebay.
Even the wooden globe and stamp were from the kit.
Pin Flair from Etsy.
Thanks for looking and please pop over to the Stuck blog and see what the rest of the DT have done with the sketch -
This months prizes are from the companies below.

UKS Challenge - January Week 3

UKS Challenge to follow 2016 - '2' word title/photos/two page layout, '0' - use a circle, '1' follow a sketch and '6' six of something ie papers/embellishments

I used two sketches as I did a double layout and the six of something was six patterned papers.  I have used Simple Stories 'Say Cheese' paper collection - which is clearly designed for Disney photos.

'Meetin' the Mouse' was clearly the highlight of our holiday to Disney - Sam's face was an absolute picture and I am so glad the Disney photographers were there to capture every moment, it was so magical and its no joke it is the most magical happiest place on earth!

The buttons and title are from Etsy
