BtCR - July

Hello - Sorry to be MIA but we've had a difficult time in our family and its all got caught up with me and sometimes something has to give and its always the crafting :-(

Here are my cards for 'Beat the Christmas Rush' and I have made 10 of these - taking my tally up to 71 cards!
I have used two Stampin Up! sets - the tree is from Festival of Trees and the sentiment is from Wondrous Wreath.  I have gone back to my favourite colour combo of Crumb Cake and Cherry Cobbler.  I have used the Star Confetti Punch and the little star punch to punch out a little star in gold glitter paper.

Thanks for looking and don't forget to pop over to Karen's blog to BtCR!

BtCR - June

....and she's on a roll!! Its June and not only am I keeping up with Sue's Beat the Christmas Rush challenge - I am making lots of Christmas cards! This card below was inspired by Sue's card that she posted for April's BtCR - you can find Sue's card here.  I loved her card so much I asked if I could 'copy' it.  I love simple Christmas cards that are easy to produce and have a bit of a production line going - this card is using the Stampin Up Bird Punch and I have used white and green cardstock and matched the ink with the cardstock.  I have made 10 of these cards.

I brilliant way to use up old Christmas papers - just by using a couple of circle punches and a star punch - the sentiment of 'Christmas' is inside the card to go with the 'Merry' on the outside of the card.

I have made 7 of these cards - so a total of 17 Christmas cards this month making my total of cards up to 61!!!
Thanks for looking and pop over to Karen's Blog and BtCR with us!!
